I brought the yarn home Wednesday afternoon and late on Wednesday started knitting a baby blanket. I didn’t have much of a plan, except that I was knitting on the bias.
I somehow thought I’d finish it before the bris on Sunday. hah hah that didn’t happen. (I forgot about shabbat in my calculations)
Then I left the bag at shul after minyan Monday morning and didn’t realize until late at night, so I lost that night’s knitting time.
I finished this morning. It’s not yet had a bath, but it’s about 18×27 inches of garter stitch worked with just under 400m of worsted weight Superwash Merino.
Now to weave in the ends and give it a bath in the washing machine. Then give it to the grandma.
