return of the hexies

5 March 2023

While I’m working on the library blanket motifs, I realized it would be easy to make more hexies for the other blanket, that lives on the loveseat in my studio. It’s tempting to rip and redo the border/joining of this blanket, looking at it I see how I’ve pursued different techniques over the years. I realize that is not a path I should pursue. The imperfections and changes reflect me.

Slowly adding more. I've crocheted about 7 in the past few days. It's hard to add them when Dot refuses to share it.
