slow and steady

There's a new drive for kippot so I decided to try a worsted weight one in dc. I started on Wednesday at knitting, and worked on it the past few tired mornings and coffee after minyan. This feels very strange to work, I'm going slow because it requires me to think and work dc and not my default kippah stitch of sc. I have lots of worsted so I'll try to make a bunch. It'll be a nice coffee after minyan project. It's also small so it'll keep what I schlep to a minimum. (maybe).

I also finally finished another hat. I was able to sit outside for a few moments and knit on Tuesday. I then blocked it and left it to dry on my dashboard while I was at knitting Wednesday. I dropped it off to a generous individual who got it where it needed to go on Thursday.
