Emotional Support Chicken™ the first

I love Sue's chicken. When Franklin decided to host an impromptu KAL on his Patreon I realized resistance was futile. I'm expecting to knit more, so this one will be the first. Dot thinks it's for her, and we'll see how she turns out. I have a few people I wish to gift one to, she has to get in line.

Dot accepts Camilla, but she's really my chicken. We sleep together every night (E isn't jealous, he has Dot). As she's stuffed with wool she's warm but doesn't cause either of us to overheat. Sometimes she'll sleep on my chest, sometimes we hug. She keeps Dot from pushing me out of bed.

fast chicken

This project proves again that an interested knitter is a fast knitter.

The body zoomed and it was as fun to knit as I’d heard.

I may rework the beak with the yarn held doubled, it’s thin with the dk.
