This design was what put the spincycle dyed in the wool yarn on my roadmap. I was curious enough after knitting the first shift to see how it would look in spincycle. Thanks to an amazing online year-end sale at Haus of Yarn I was able to pick up two more skeins. I’m really not sure they’re the right yarns or perhaps the right skeins of the colourways.
As of 24 January, section three is lacking contrast so I’ve not actually broken yarn yet (it’s a bit of a tangle to knit) but I think overall I like this combination. We’ll see how prominent the one color in The Meadows I detest comes out.
I never would have expected it to look like this, I love it. The issues I had with the rose/red colors in yarn C are not a concern at all now.

I spent coffee time this morning weaving in the ends. I’m still amazed at how these three yarns knitted together in this pattern.
