Using Jeny’s surprisingly stretchy bind off. Running errands (as passenger) so hopefully it’ll go quickly.
Apparently I’ll do 8.5 repeats of the short rows, almost did a full 9 but I want this finished already. That’s what I get for not paying attention and going on autopilot, discovered when I was at 7.5 repeats. Thankfully I have enough of c2.
Each short row is getting longer. I’m over 3/4 complete with this section. I’m very happy with my final color choices. I can’t wait to finish it.
It’s warm enough to sit outside and knit this afternoon. Realized that the Haiku is very shiny compared to my other yarns. Went stash diving with my scale and found a mystery green that fits perfectly.
I may be off by a few stitches but here’s to C2 and short rows.
At 6 C1 stripes. The merino cloud is showing darker for the most part than I expected when presented next to the molly girl. I like it an am definitely cuious how the haiku will look when added to the mix.
