I pulled numbers from the test and wanted to highlight my first ever skein of Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool (The Meadows). I wanted to break it up and my brain at the time decided that fibonacci stripes made sense (I’m not sure they do). I first added the skein of latte. According to flickr, it’s from “the weaving studio” and it predates 2011 because I had knit it into a cowl at one point. It’s a 2 ply yarn. I didn’t like the contrast and wanted something more, so I added in my own handspun from Lavendersheep fiber that I think I spun sometime in 2010.

I did frog it
I ripped the cowl/poncho thing out about 5 minutes after posting that I wasn’t going to. Something about it just wasn’t right and while it really is painful to rip out so many hours of work … it was the correct decision. I’ll have to make a section for frogged projects and add space to…
forgetting to update
I’ve been working on this every morning at coffee and to/from site visit. It’s a good I don’t really need to think project, even though I’m not really sure I like the colors in this fibonnaci stripe pattern. I’m going to finish it before I make a final decisions.
